Chicago Pro 6 weeks 2 days out

I woke up really early today to fly out to Puerto Rico for Chistina’s show. Really excited for her, she has a real shot and we are determined to get that O qualification. I was 222.0 and that was really early in the morning so not to bad.

Today was a lot of flying, which locked up my bowels pretty bad. But moving around since I am down here has helped out.

Anyway this a short blurb, its been a long day.

100g spinach

Meal 4
7oz Cod, cooked wt
16g almond butter
100g spinach

Meal 5 (7:00pm)
7oz Salmon cooked wt
100g spinach

Meal 6 (10:00pm)
2 whole eggs
5oz chicken breast, cooked wt
100g spinach

115g carbs, 300g protein, 38g fat
