Body weight came back down today and with much less bloating I do feel much better, tighter too. Just running the same plan as yesterday but doing 30 min AM cardio. This is my 5th days of weight training straight. I am flying to Puerto Rico tomorrow for a clients show and wanted my off day to land on the day I fly out. Then I can train two days and have another off day on the day she competes.
Keeping this one short today as I have a lot of packing to take care of today.
