Sorry guys I finally missed a post and I am regretful, but I have been so busy trying to bust out some serious content in the future for everyone. I ran my two high days and I am very please with this result compared to the last refeeds. For one, zero digestive issues. I also woke up today crazy leaner. Look at my pics below, more detail everywhere. I was able to really feel like I stepped out of prep for two days and it gave me the physical and mental break I needed. I also did not see this huge set back in my body weight and having to weight 5 days to drop glycogen down. After two days of 300g carbs and reduced cardio I am 1lb up from my body weight low. I suspect after training hams today I will be right back at my low weight getting leaner. I still contemplate pushing for the Dallas Europa. I will be there regardless, If I am ready a week out, fuck it I will do it, but I am not rushing my plan.
I got my blood work drawn today and should have results to share in the next couple days. Should be interesting being 8 weeks out. I have implemented some other health supps and I added on some other lab tests to give better insight into health. Should be fun to see!
