Chicago Pro Prep 10 Weeks 1 Day Out

I had a huge weight drop today. I woke up at 224.4lbs. This was 5 days after my last refeed. Its a good thing, but I need to adjust the plan and slow down the weight loss. I will add in 30g of carbs to my normal days to start with. So, plant today was to refeed, chest and shoulder always get so flat for the front and side shots. It was cool to wake up crisper though. All yesterday I was peeing like crazy, I figured I was going to have a drop. I still plan to hit around that 650-700 carb mark. I will be monitoring blood glucose and I did make some changes from the last refeed based on my last BG readings. These blood glucose is merely another detail to collect it still comes down to the pictures, so don’t overthink on this too much.

CARDIO:30 minutes AM

*Last refeed I took 100omg Metformin the night prior, today only 500mg. I think it made a big difference in blood sugar control.

TRAINING DAY DIET

7:00am Fasting BG: 91mg/dL *possible fluid change and cortisol

Cardio for 30minutes

Meal 1 (8:00-8:20am):
7oz chicken breast, cooked wt
80g cream of rice, dry measure
20g Blueberry Jam
2 slice Ezekiel bread

10:30am Post Prandial BG 101mg/dL

Meal 2 (10:30am) preworkout meal
50g protein from Animal Whey
120g cream of rice dry measure
20g blueberry Jam

12:15pm Training with 50g carbs via Pomegranate Juice
1:45pm Training complete
2:05pm BG 85mg/dL

Meal 3 (2:05pm)
50g protein via whey isolate
2 large rice Krispy treats (120g carbs)

5:00pm BG 111mg/dL

Meal 4 (5:00-5:20pm)
5oz beef, cooked wt
100g carb from rice noodle
50g spinach

7:30pm BG 85mg/dL

Meal 5 (7:35pm)
5oz 93/7 ground beef, cooked wt
100g carbs from rice noodles
50g spinach

9:35pm BG 95mg/dL

Meal 6 (9:40pm)
2 whole eggs + 3oz chicken
3 English muffins
100g pineapple
50g spinach

No final BG taken, just went to bed.

710g carbs, 290g protein,40g fat
