I had a huge weight drop today. I woke up at 224.4lbs. This was 5 days after my last refeed. Its a good thing, but I need to adjust the plan and slow down the weight loss. I will add in 30g of carbs to my normal days to start with. So, plant today was to refeed, chest and shoulder always get so flat for the front and side shots. It was cool to wake up crisper though. All yesterday I was peeing like crazy, I figured I was going to have a drop. I still plan to hit around that 650-700 carb mark. I will be monitoring blood glucose and I did make some changes from the last refeed based on my last BG readings. These blood glucose is merely another detail to collect it still comes down to the pictures, so don’t overthink on this too much.

*Last refeed I took 100omg Metformin the night prior, today only 500mg. I think it made a big difference in blood sugar control.
