Back to the grind today..sort of. My weight kicked up after the second high day and this pretty much a repeat of last high days. So, this can mimic a Wednesday and Thursday carb up for a Saturday show. Once full and even if you spill you have time Thursday night to Friday to go back to moderate or low carbs and keep calories high with protein and fats. This will hold the glycogen load and keep diuresis happening. Friday manipulate water then. Don’t manipulate water and then try to carb up on no water, its not going to work. So, today I went back to my lower carb days. All morning I was peeing more and dropping water off and I can see myself getting tighter. I am trying to limit cardio right now just to save my injured leg some. I did walk around the block a few times and the ARC trainer at the gym didn’t bother my leg. I also added in Clenbuterol to aid in creating a deficit, so I might get away with no direct cardio equipment usage, just walking outside.
For training since I won’t have a full on leg day I opted to make my push pull leg session shorter by pulling the arm and calve volume out and adding it on to its own day. So, basically I won’t have a off day now. The split will be Legs, push, pull, arms/calves, repeat. This is good way to keep up quality volume and not let training sessions get so long on prep they become counter productive. Also, I just like going to the gym and training. I hate off days.
