Chicago Pro Prep 6 weeks 6 days Out

I slept great last night, I only woke up once to pee. Makes sense with the extra food and reducing fatigue some. Legs still felt worn down this morning so I didn’t do any cardio and only walked the dogs. Weight was 223lbs today, up just a little bit but looking pretty hard. Digestion was great yesterday and all day today was on point, food moving through well. I ran the same diet today as yesterday. I want to feel pretty fresh after these two days and have some good productive time when I get back to the deficit. Training was decent today, had a couple step forwards and step backs in strength. Pump was moderate but faded fast. I think this second high day will do a lot of good for me.

55g cream of rice, dry measure
2 slice Ezekiel bread

Meal 2 (10:30am) preworkout
40g protein from Animal Whey
70g cream of rice dry measure
50g banana

Intra workout
30g carbs via Pomegranate Juice
10g EAA via Animal Juiced Aminos

Meal 3 (2:30pm) post workout
40g protein from whey isolate
4 rice cakes + 1 Tbls Jam

Meal 3 (4:00pm)
6 piece sashimi
5 piece nigiri
1 sushi roll

Meal 5 (7:00pm)
5oz chicken, cooked wt
60g rice noodles
100g spinach

Meal 6 (10:00pm)
1 whole eggs
5oz chicken breast, cooked wt
110g white jasmine rice
100g spinach

370g carbs, 230g protein, 22g fat
