New body weight low today! Looking much harder as well. My lower back skin fold dropped 2mm, a significant change. But damn is the low energy hitting me. I like it because I know its when I am about to get nasty lean when I feel like this. Digestion has improved a lot. I have been drinking 2 diet sodas per day and finally nailed down that was causing me so much bloating. This seems like a no brainer, but they have been in place most of my prep, but just started becoming more of an issue. So, I pulled those out and the bloating is gone. Now, I just drink water with a lemon wedge and a packet of stevia.

I decided to push myself a little harder. I added in PM cardio, which increased my total cardio amount by 20 minutes. I am going to pull down some then back off as needed.

Nothing else really new for today. Training quads tomorrow, so I will see how my legs feel in the AM and decide if I do cardio or not. Really I almost prefer PM cardio. I don’t believe there is anything magical about fasted beyond personal preference. I do think farther away from weight training is ideal. But in the fed state I feel so much more energetic doing cardio and I think a big part of it is I am more hydrated. Also 55 minutes straight in the morning is brutal on my quads and so much harder to recover from versus splitting those sessions. I know people have asked about fat burners, but most have long half lives any way. Clenbuterol nearly has a 48 hour half life. The only supplement you could argue would be yohimibine HCl and being in a low insulin state, Just take it two hours after a meal 10-15minute prior to cardio and you would still have the same effect.

124g carbs, 300g protein, 38g fat
