Chicago Pro Prep 8 Weeks 6 Days Out

Alright! Hit a new body weight low about damn time. 100% tighter as well. Got some hefty glutes lines coming through as well. I took pics and did my body fat and measurements. Its nice to have some objective measures to compare off of. If you had read all these posts my ab, chest and thigh skinfold caliper site have been around 4-5mm, this hasn’t change in a while. But this is why I monitor the really fat spots, these are the spots you are going to see change a lot in this stage of prep. My lower back site went from 13mm to 11mm, my glute site went from 11mm to 8.5mm, that is significant change. So, clearly I am dropping body fat. Off all my measurements my arms did drop a 1/4 inch, I am getting flat of course. Might not be anything I can do about that aspect. My quads will hang on to size like no other though. Its one of those things you have to address in the offseason. Build that body part so big, so when it does go flat/drop size it still doesn’t look smaller compared to last year. Worst thing to do is go try and train the hell out of the weak body part. Think about going to add more training volume to a muscle that gets flat easy and is stubborn to grow on top of it, what will happen is you will lose more tissue.

Well, off day from the gym today. Just getting work done and getting out in the sun a little bit to fix these crazy tan lines I have. Quad day is tomorrow and it will be epic.
