So my weight jumped up one pound lol. I was headed to bed and my abdomen felt pretty heavy. Just going back to low calories my GI tract immediately disagrees with me. So, weight jump is all GI related, but it sucks because it does make me hold a bit of water as well. I need a better bowel regimen. I might just pound down ginger all day lol. But really I ate sushi 2 days ago and when I eat sushi I eat an excessive amount of ginger, I love it. Digestion was great after that, might be something to it.
Still at a very good spot, last year I looked like this and I was about 4 weeks out, so nice spot to be at.
Training was decent today, I hit some PRs on my push day. Pump was moderate, nothing to note worthy.
