Off day today, weight came down a little bit since yesterday. Typically on my off days I don’t see much weight change after. My training sessions have just such a high energy expenditure, so removing that leaves me closer to maintenance. The only issue with pushing food lower on this day is throwing off digestion. I have messed with dropping carbs and increasing fats and food just doesn’t move through the same.
Nothing really else extravagant to report on today, outside of seeing End Game. It was awesome, no spoilers here though.
