Chicago Pro Prep 14 weeks out

Had an off day today and I looked forward to it, after 3 days of training I need the day of rest. I did wake up heavier today, but I don’t think it look watery. Digestion wise I felt a tad bloated, so could be related there. But, all day today I have peed a lot, so possibly it was water I was holding. I am not worried over one day, can’t let the scale mess with your head and make a radical change. I just stuck to my normal off day plan for the day.

I invested some time into my recovery today. First thing was I went to Doll house Med Spa and dumped 450ml of blood. We decided to not do the 800ml and just retest hematology in 4 weeks and see what the numbers look like. If you missed the whole reason I am doing this read my last post. I also replaced the fluids the normal saline infused with vitamin C and Glutathione. Really feel pretty damn good right away after doing this.

Next up on the list today was my chiropractor Dr. Kelley at Back to Life Chiropractic. The first appointment made a really good impact on the sciatic issue I had,  I will continue this. I talked to Dr.Kelley more today and for the rest of prep we will do adjustments 2-3x per week. Try and be the best that I can be here.

Last thing of the day was taking Storm to the Vet, her allergies are so bad. She was itching herself raw.

Rest of my day was pretty relaxed. I look forward to killing legs tomorrow, come back and I will post up the work out.

50g protein via whey isolate
80g cream of rice, dry measure

Meal 4 (4:30pm)
7oz chicken breast, cooked wt
100g spinach

Meal 5 (7:00pm)
7oz 93/7 ground beef, cooked wt
100g spinach

Meal 6 (10:00pm)
2 whole eggs
5oz chicken breast, cooked wt
100g spinach

205g carbs, 298g protein, 28g fat
