Dallas Europa Prep Log: 3 days out

Current AM weight: 207.6 lbs

Sleep was a little bit better last night than the previous night. I remember dreaming of pizza, so I am surprised I didn’t chew a hole in the mattress. I got up at 7am and felt about the same as yesterday regarding fullness and tightness. My body weight was the same as yesterday also, which made me feel good about the decision to add in the extra carbs and fats yesterday. I really want to just hold this look and weight until after I weigh in Friday.

Plan for today was still no cardio, but to go on pose for 20 minutes at the gym fasted. The diet I kept the exact same as yesterday since it did what I wanted it to. I did consider today I am just training arms and shoulders, while yesterday  I trained back, so energy expenditure should be less today. At this point the diet is very manageable 225g of carbs is a good amount and I appetite is going just fine.

Mentally today was exhausting. I have been talking about buying this house, well of course they came back with an offer today. So, it was a bunch of phone calls and digging for financial information to get this process moving. This is a pain in the ass and good advice is never buy a house three days out from a show. Good news is I signed the contract and locked in the house Renee and I love. Last thing on my list of things to do was to go to Walmart for some dark sheets for the truck ride and the AirBnb I got.

Training went really good. Renee trains shoulders and arms today too, so it is always fun to get a workout in with her. She pushes herself as hard as I do, which we can both feed of each others intensity. I had a solid pump and let me know the food is sticking with me a little more today. I anticipate waking up a little heavier and fuller tomorrow based on that.

End of the day and now I just need to pack up all my clothes and food for the weekend. Dallas is about a 5 hour drive from San Antonio, so we are making the road trip, which is much easier than flying. Off to pack up!

WATER INTAKE: 2 GALLONS

6oz flank steak, cooked wt
100g white jasmine rice, cooked wt
100g spinach

Meal 2
40g protein – whey iso
60g – oats

Meal 3:
6oz chicken, cooked wt
1oog Krusteaz Pancake Mix, dry measurement (75g carbs)
100g – spinach cooked

20-30 minutes prior to workout
12 oz black coffee
6g citrulline
1 scoop Animal Juiced Aminos

Intra workout Layout –
1 Scoop Animal Juiced Aminos
1g Pink Salt
– 1 liter of water

Meal 4:
6oz chicken, cooked wt
100g white jasmine rice, cooked wt
20g cashew butter
75g Spinach cooked

Meal 5:
6oz chicken, cooked wt
45g oats, raw measure

75g Spinach cooked

Meal 6
6oz chicken, cooked wt

250g protein, 225g carb, 45g fat
