Dallas Europa Prep Log: 6 days out

Sleep was very good last night, that makes three nights in a row. This is unheard of being this deep in prep. CBD oil is going to stay and be my new best friend. Waking up and looking in the mirror before even getting on the scale I could see more hardness immediately. Its just crazy the daily changes that are happening, I have never had my glutes this lean. It does bother me that my left glute won’t separate like my right. My hips are twisted right, so I have a harder time getting that left hip to full extension, which is limiting development. So, my offseason will be filled with corrective work and using my Neufit machine to actvate the piss out of it. Go figure its also the left leg I tore my rec fem on, just a chain reaction. Anyway, I stepped on the scale at 209.4lbs, 0.4lbs lighter than yesterday. Which, doesn’t surprise me considering the hard leg session.

So the plan for today was to run the same plan as yesterday. Today is my complete off day, no cardio or weight training. I have never had a prep where I had a complete off day, but it has shown more benefit to recovery and my look then I ever knew it could. I don’t change nutrition on this day because it is meant for recovery and so far I typically maintain my weight even though I don’t do cardio or train. I think the drop in cortisol and inflammation balances the weight out. The one thing I did change was spread out my carbohydrates over five out of six meals. I was having them allocated to just 3 meals on training days, but since I am not training I want a nice steady calorie intake throughout the day.

Today I am just resting and answering client emails. I did make a run to Target for a gift for a friend and go to stop by Sonic for a drink. That was my highlight of the day, a Route 44 Diet Coke with diet cherry flavor and a whole lime. Yep, I really am living on the edge with that one. I rarely drink soda on prep. I prefer doing half flavored sparkling water and tap water. Then of course I will use Crystal Light as needed. Main thing to monitor here is digestion, some people just over due the artificial stuff and will starting getting distention, reflux, and/or belching.

Tomorrow the count down will continue and I am will be knocking out my last training days and preparing for my trip to Dallas.

Meal 1
6oz flank steak, cooked wt
70g white jasmine rice, cooked wt
100g spinach

Meal 2
40g protein – whey iso
50g – oats

Meal 3:
6oz chicken, cooked wt
70g white jasmine rice cooked wt
1 Quaker oat chocolate rice cakes
100g – spinach cooked

20-30 minutes prior to workout
NO CARBS
6g Citrulline
5g Hydromax
1 scoop Animal juiced aminos
1 scoop Animal Spiked aminos
3g Creatine
1g Pink Salt
20+ ounces of water

Intra workout Layout –
1 Scoop Animal Juiced Aminos
1g Pink Salt
– 1 liter of water

Meal 4:
6oz chicken, cooked wt
100g white jasmine rice, cooked wt
75g Spinach cooked

Meal 5:
6oz chicken, cooked wt
70g white jasmine rice
20g almond butter
75g Spinach cooked

Meal 6
6oz chicken, cooked wt
20g almond butter
100g – spinach cooked

250g protein, 135g carb, 37g fat
