New York Pro 6 Days Out

Morning weight: 213.4lbs

I wasn’t terribly shocked by the weight increase today. I did have an extra 100g of carbs yesterday and a whole cardio session removed. I do weigh in the fact that I did not have a bowel movement like normal before weighing in. I think my last two meals got pushed to close together last night and it slowed GI transit down some.

Regardless of my weight I looked very tight today. I did gain some fullness from the carbs and everything was popping a lot more. I think the Neufit session on my quads was really productive to, they looked more opened up and full.

Plan today was to just knock out one hour of cardio in the morning and then rest the entire day. Sunday’s are always my off days, so no weight training today. My hour of cardio wasn’t as bad as I though it would be. I did pose for about 20 minutes after cardio. I can run through all poses for four rounds holding each one for 10 seconds without getting gassed. I am feeling very good about that!

Now after about 3 meals in of no carbs if finally hits me…brain fog. Just gathering my thoughts was more of a challenge today and my legs finally felt exhausted. I tried to keep the elevated a lot today and just rest, but I still had errands to run. I am pretty excited to see the look tomorrow cause my skin has just gotten tighter throughout the day and I have been peeing a lot, so I should be very tight tomorrow.

65g – whey isolate
40g – oats

Meal 2:
7oz chicken / 99% Turkey
10g Mac nut oil
75g Green beans cooked

 

Meal 3:
7oz chicken / 99% Turkey
10g Mac nut oil

75g Green beans cooked

 

Meal 4:
7oz chicken / 99% Turkey
10g – MAC nut or olive oil

100g – fresh greens cooked

Meal 5
9oz – fresh white fish cooked (mahi, sole, cod, tilapia (WF brand)
100g green beans cooked

Meal 6

7oz Flank Steak

100g spinach

Macros: 300g Protein, 45g Fat, 30g Carbs
