What I provide:

 
  • Full assessment of current nutrition, training, and goals.
  • Evidence based program design based on goals
  • Program will address weak body parts and adjust training volume accordingly.
  • Weekly communication via e-mail for plan effectiveness and tweaks for 12 weeks. (Training plan can be used longer than 12 weeks)
 

What the client provides:

 
  • Full disclosure assessment to allow accurate plan design
  • Progress pictures to assess body strengths/weaknesses
  • Video execution of sets from proper instruction
