How Coaching Works

 

I coach personalized to your lifestyle and goals. I want you to have a plan you like and can be consistent with long term. That sustainability is what will provide the greatest result over time. Also, health will always come first, I believe that getting a great physique depends on long term progress, so you must be healthy for the long haul. My nutrition approach depends on your body, but I believe in catering to your food preferences and being flexible when able. Contest prep programs will be strict and there will be times flexibility is not possible to bring a stage ready physique. Coaching relies heavily on a client-coach communication. I am invested in your life and I take that to heart, so open communication is of the upmost importance.

Contest Prep

No more misjudging your contest prep and missing the mark. Let me guide you to bring the best physique to stage that will fit your division and be stage ready
Primary goal of bring a stage ready physique to show
Complete nutrition recommendations for pre-contest
Complete supplement recommendations for pre-contest focusing on performance and health
Training recommendations on volume and frequency based off of current physiques as well as structural issues that need to be worked around. (Detailed cardio regimen included, weight training split recommendations only)
Feedback on the mandatory poses and how to better display them
Check ins will become more frequent as show nears
Peak week programming covering every facet of what will be needed to be prepared to present your best physique. Guidance will be given day to day, as show nears I will monitor the athlete meal by meal
12 Week Transformation

To transform the appearance, it takes transforming the mind and body. This program is for those wanting to improve health, longevity, increase lean muscle, and/or drop body fat.

Improving body composition by lean muscle gain and/or fat loss
Working with food preferences and relationship with food for long term success

Offseason

The most crucial time to improving your look on stage is in the offseason. Let me guide you to have a productive offseason that will set you up for your next pre-contest phase.

Addressing weak body parts that need improvement
Improving health and metabolic function

Complete supplementation protocol for off-season focusing on performance and health

Check ins will be weekly to as frequent as needed
Weight Training
$450
Customized weight training plan based on goals, weak areas, injuries, and recovery ability.
Full assessment of current nutrition, training, and goals.
Evidence based program design based on goals
Program will address weak body parts and adjust training volume accordingly.
Weekly communication via e-mail for plan effectiveness and tweaks for 12 weeks. (Training plan can be used longer than 12 weeks)
Personal Training

In person training to get the most effective result from you training plan. All training conducted at The Muscle Factory, San Antonio, TX
