Surprisingly huge weight drop today. Body has really sped up after my last 2 high days in a row. This just means I need to readjust my base plan rather than chase it down with multiple refeeds. I added in 30g of carbs and 5g of fat to meals, as a start. If I drop again tomorrow I will run a high day to fill out though. Looked really tight today, but very flat. Lower back is an 8mm skin fold and glute is 7mm, so still have a ways to go to get that down closer to 4-5mm. Skin is just thicker on the back side 5mm might be as low as I can go, until I get that old man thin skin lol.
My quad looked great today made tremendous progress on it from yesterdays session. Like a moron I tried to hit again with the Neufit and I think I tweaked it a little again. Nothing major just a little tightness in it, I still have full contraction in it. I ran over a bad spot with the machine and it lock my leg out and was unexpected. I for sure have a new method for treating this leg and it will be much less aggressive lol.
