Chicago Pro Prep 7 weeks 1 day out

My weight hasn’t really been doing much lately, so its time to evaluate. Its been 5 days since increasing cardio. I have also added in thyroid hormone yesterday. I made an increase in my super supplements 5 days ago. Digestion is excellent, normal BMs finally. Daily energy is moderate. Pump is mild to moderate and strength is just maintaining. Sleep is very good, 7 hours and waking up twice to pee, but right back to sleep. Looking at my pictures I am tighter though, which is what matters. Legs do feel a bit heavier from the extra cardio. So, thinking through this all I feel like I do need to wait just a couple more days to see if I do drop from the added thyroid hormone and change in super supps. Its tough cause sometimes your super supps will mask change in fat loss on the scale but they are recomping you.

Today was an off day and I ran the same diet as last time. Only thing different today is the extra cardio and I took the dogs for a 10 minute walk after meal 3 and 4 just to keep energy expenditure some. I do feel more sucked down today and had several BMs. Tomorrow might be the day of the weight drop, we will see. It also very likely could be time for a high day to get things moving again.

1 slice Ezekiel bread

16g almond butter

Meal 2 (11:30am)
7oz chicken breast, cooked wt
100g spinach

Meal 3 (2:00pm)
7oz chicken breast
16g almond butter
100g spinach

Meal 4
7oz Cod, cooked wt
16g almond butter
100g spinach

Meal 5 (7:00pm)
7oz Salmon cooked wt
100g spinach

Meal 6 (10:00pm)
2 whole eggs
5oz chicken breast, cooked wt
100g spinach

115g carbs, 300g protein, 38g fat
